Hello Jeff,

The OBD2 cable that would work with your circuit is referred to as "Cable7",
It is available for $16.50 each.  What a deal!  Last time I checked B&B
wanted about $50.00 each.  We ship however the customer wants.  We do
require prepayment prior to shipping.  We have shipped a lot of these
internationally.  I am the main contact for all sales

I have been looking for a source for the old style 2X2 diagnostic connector
for years.  We do not want to pay to make a mold to manufacture our own
(about $20K).  Seems like you already know how hard it is to get these.  If
you ever find a source please let me know!
